​Stuart Smith is a licensed contractor with over a decade of hands-on construction experience and a strong background in art and design. He has led high-caliber commercial and medical construction projects for clients such as Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, First National Bank & Trust of Eastern Arkansas, Frase Protection, and many others. Stuart’s ability to blend technical precision with creative problem-solving ensures each project meets the highest standards of form and function.
Smith is partnering with David Halle, founder of Halle Investment Company, who has played a major role in shaping Collierville through the development of over 2,500 residential lots and multiple commercial projects. Since 1988, Halle has been associated with some of the towns best known developments which include among others: Halle Park Professional Center, Halle Plantation, Almadale Farms and Bailey Station – home of FedEx World Tech and has consistently supported many organizations in our community for the benefit of the citizens. Known for his integrity, long-term vision, and commitment to quality, David brings decades of experience to every project he undertakes.
